Cancellations
All sales are final once the order is completed and the license key has been issued.
Because our products are digital goods, cancellations are not possible after purchase.
Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally bought the same license more than once.
Technical Issues – If the theme does not work as advertised and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Non-Delivery – If you do not receive your license key or download link within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided in these situations:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incompatibility with your WordPress setup, hosting, or third-party plugins.
Failure to properly read theme documentation or verify requirements before purchase.
Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at prounveil.contact@gmail.com with your order ID and details of the issue. If your request is eligible, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
